Where education and play go hand in hand
We are thoroughly taking advantage of the days we are blessed with great weather. Last week we even brought all our beds for our sleep/rest outside. Fresh air when sleeping is sooooooo good for us!
Learning to share the love for nature and caring for our environment some children helped repot this plant that has just decided to start growing.

Our amazing preschoolers have been learning about sustainability. Our owls suggested that we needed to recycle all our unnamed artworks, so we decided to research creative ways to re-use paper. The owls came to the conclusion that they would like to use the unnamed artwork to make their own paper. Below are some photos of our clever preschoolers soaking shredded paper, blending the paper and finally squeezing all the water out using a flyscreen. Our clever preschoolers have been learning about the water cycle! This week we have been busy creating our 'Water cycle in a bag' experiment that we will be monitoring daily. We hope to see some condensation occuring in the bag, acting as precipitation when it trickels back down to the bottom of the bag.
